Engagement, a key performance indicator

Improving employee engagement is thus a truly strategic issue for Sodexo. Every two years, Sodexo assesses the engagement levels of our employees in over 60 countries by conducting an Engagement Survey.
What is Engagement?
Engagement is the state of emotional and intellectual involvement that motivates people to do their best work.
Why is Engagement important?
Employees who are engaged go above and beyond the call of duty and typically stay with their company longer than employees who are not engaged. In addition, engaged employees are more in tune with the culture and values of the company.
