New Report Highlights Sodexo’s Tactics for Managing Sustainable Food
Important new research from Stratos, the Canadian sustainability consultancy, published today lays clear for the first time both the progress that leading companies are making towards sustainable food and the scale of the challenge emerging in this critical area.
With insights from Sodexo, Stratos describes the industry’s toolkit for managing toward sustainable food and the business imperatives for action.
