Partnership Accreditation in Indigenous Relations (PAIR) – Gold Certification

Sodexo Canada Energy and Resources has again received the Partnership Accreditation in Indigenous Relations (PAIR) from the Canadian Council for Indigenous Business (CCIB). We have been certified since the program’s introduction in 2001 as Progressive Aboriginal Relations (PAR). Achieving the Gold Level confirms our corporate responsibility performance and commitment to Indigenous Relations in Leadership Actions, Employment, Business Development, and Community Relationships.

2026 Workplace Pride Advocate Award Index
For the seventh year in a row, Sodexo has earned the prestigious Advocate designation in the Workplace Pride Global Benchmark, this year achieving a score of 93.3%.
2025 Canadian Workplace Well-Being Award
Sodexo Canada earned the 2025 Canadian Workplace Well-Being Award presented by the Canadian Positive Psychology Association and Canada Life for Workplace Strategies for Mental Health.
