Marie-Agnes brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in driving business performance through strategic people management. Over her 18-year career in HR, she has held key roles in Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Canada, including HR Business Partner, Talent Acquisition & Mobility Director, Senior Director of Talent and Total Rewards, and interim Regional HR Director. Her leadership philosophy centres on empowering teams and fostering a culture of accountability and growth.

Marie-Agnes’s innovative approach to HR has been recognized both within Sodexo and the broader industry. She has transformed talent acquisition and internal mobility, with a strong focus on culture and belonging, and has led key initiatives in change management, leadership development, and employee engagement.
