Sodexo Canada publishes 2026 British Columbia Pay Transparency Report

Sodexo Canada has published its 2026 British Columbia Pay Transparency Report, supporting greater transparency around pay equity for employees working in the province. 

British Columbia’s Pay Transparency Act establishes requirements designed to increase transparency around pay and help identify differences in compensation. 

Under the Act, reporting employers are required to prepare a pay transparency report by November 1 each year.  

For 2026, employers with 50 or more employees on January 1 are considered reporting employers under the Act, unless exempted by regulation. 

Supporting greater pay transparency in British Columbia 

The gender pay gap remains an important issue in British Columbia and can have a greater impact on women and gender-diverse people from historically underrepresented communities. 

Sodexo Canada’s 2026 British Columbia Pay Transparency Report provides greater transparency into pay equity and the progress being made for employees working in the province.
