Sodexo Canada appoints Tanya Cerniuk as Chief Executive Officer
Sodexo Canada is pleased to announce the appointment of Tanya Cerniuk as Chief Executive Officer, effective June 17, 2026.
We are delighted to welcome Tanya back to Sodexo. Her deep understanding of our business, her strong strategic mindset, and her commitment to people and performance position her well to lead the continued growth and evolution of our Canadian operations.
Tanya has over 20 years of leadership experience in complex, service-driven organizations. She spent nearly a decade with Sodexo Canada in business development roles, building a solid foundation in our operations, clients, and culture.
Her career includes senior roles in food services, facilities management, and workforce solutions. Most recently, as Country Head for Adecco Canada, she guided a large national organization through transformation and delivered strong commercial results in a challenging market.
Tanya excels in aligning strategy with execution, simplifying operating models, and strengthening client partnerships. She brings a people-focused leadership approach, with a strong emphasis on engagement, accountability, and sustainable growth.
I am honoured to return to Sodexo and to build on the strong foundation in Canada. What sets this organization apart is its purpose and its people.
