Sodexo Canada appoints Kevin Booth as Chief Operating Officer, Health & Care, Corporate Services and Campus

TORONTO, ONT (August 12, 2026) — Sodexo Canada, a leader in Food and Services, today announced the appointment of Kevin Booth as Chief Operating Officer, Health & Care, Corporate Services and Campus, effective August 10, 2026.

Kevin joins the Canadian Leadership Team and leads three of Sodexo Canada’s key segments, with a focus on strengthening operational excellence, accelerating growth, and enhancing the experience delivered to clients, consumers, patients, residents, students, and teams across the country.

Kevin brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in complex service organizations and a strong track record of developing high-performing teams, driving sustainable growth, and delivering operational excellence. Most recently, as President of Chartwells Canada, he led a national portfolio serving educational institutions across Canada. His ability to align strategy with execution, strengthen operating models, and build the foundations for long-term success has consistently delivered strong business performance and organizational growth.
