Mental Health Committee — Healthy Minds, Healthy Lives

Healthy Minds, Healthy Lives was formed with the goal to help raise awareness and stamp out the stigma surrounding mental health. The Mental Health Committee is an employee business resource group (EBRG) that encouraged proactive behaviours by providing and promoting mental health resources and education to employees, thereby fostering a culture of empathy and understanding with a focus on supporting psychological health and safety.

Mental Health Training

At Sodexo Canada, we are pleased to offer an internal training programme called The Working Mind. This evidence-based training is developed by the Mental Health Commission of Canada and leading Canadian mental health experts. It aims to initiate a transformative shift in the way people think, act, and feel about mental health in the workplace. Upon completion of this program, participants become certified and prepared to address mental health concerns effectively within their workplace.

Canadian Council on Rehabilitation and Work (CCRW)

The CCRW and Sodexo have entered a Professional Business Solutions Contract, where CCRW has designed a customized proposal of work for Sodexo with a focus on accessibility, diversity and inclusion through the lens of disability and employment.
