Advancing Reconciliation Together

The Energy and Resources division of Sodexo Canada operates in regions where Indigenous communities are key partners. In 2024, the division focused on expanding Indigenous employment, strengthening procurement relationships, and piloting new community engagement initiatives aligned with reconciliation goals. We recognize the historical and ongoing impacts of colonization and the profound injustices that have shaped the relationship between Indigenous Peoples and Canada. Our approach is grounded in building practical, respectful partnerships that support Indigenous leadership and economic participation. reflecting our commitment to building meaningful relationships with Indigenous communities, partners, and employees.
