A workplace environment based on flexibility, empowerment and inclusion earns Sodexo recognition as top employer
BURLINGTON, ON, January 22, 2019 – For the seventh consecutive year, Sodexo has been recognized as one of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People in 2019.
Winners were announced January 18thin a special section published nationally by The Globe and Mail. Applications were evaluated by an editorial team with Canada’s Top 100 Employers project. Organizations were judged on their programs and initiatives that attract and retain younger workers.
A critical aspect of Sodexo’s workplace culture is to create an environment that offers young employees professional development programs including mentorship, career planning and wide-ranging learning opportunities.
