2020 was a year like no other.

In every corner of the globe, humanity faced extraordinary challenges and difficult circumstances. Our 2021 Global Annual Culinary Report is a celebration of our chefs’ resilience, compassion, and determination to share their Love of Food, especially as they supported their communities and colleagues in times of crisis.  

In addition to showcasing our chefs’ culinary excellence and their great-tasting dishes, this year’s report features dozens of stories about how Sodexo chefs inspired others and created wonderful experiences.  

Our chefs continued to take their passion for wellness, plant-based dishes, and sustainable menus to new heights. The stories demonstrate how our initiatives and activities support the continual evolution of our menu strategy and offer innovative choices that excite our guests and are good for the environment.
